— JOHN MAXWELL
Looking back, I now realize I had a passion for marketing at a very young even though I hadn't yet been introduced to the term. I recall spending hours watching television just for the commercials! Yes, you read that correctly. I enjoyed watching television for the c-o-m-m-e-r-c-i-a-l-s (inserts hand-clapping emoji). I was intrigued about the theme, actor selection and production. I'd then get excited when I would recognize the same commercial theme on a billboard, in the newspaper or at my favorite retail store.
This passion has ultimately led me to a 13 year (and counting) career as a marketing and business consultant. I've worked for and with a number of companies such as Publix Super Markets, Inc., Verizon, Miami Dolphins, The Sage Colleges, UFC, Frontier Communications and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
I've also been fortunate to work on thousands of unique and groundbreaking projects, commercials and campaigns. From launching Publix's very first standalone pharmacy with the Moffitt Cancer Center to overseeing a hair show production where my client went viral for making her grand entrance on Sebastian the camel --- I've definitely had my fair share of exciting and memorable moments.

BRAND STRATEGY
One of my favorite brand quotes is, "brands need to think like people and people need to think like brands." Your brand should feel human. Leave a lasting impression. Evoke emotion. And ultimately create brand loyalty. Having the right brand identity and positioning enables your business to stand out from your competition. I help brands accomplish this by creating a strategy map for their business. This includes conducting market research, creating brand personas and a marketing plan.
CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT
The bulk of my career has been dedicated to developing strategy and crafting marketing campaigns. I really focused on an omnichannel marketing approach. This is where a brand's products and services are promoted throughout the buyer's journey via multiple communication channels thus creating a seamless and integrated user experience. These channels include digital, social media, email, television, radio, out of home billboards, mobile and much much more.
EVENT PRODUCTION
Events are something I've always been fascinated by. Not for the event itself but for all of the workings that went on behind the scenes to bring a creative idea to life. From managing multi-million dollar budgets to determining the right lighting, I enjoy it all! I've been fortunate to oversee hundreds of events as well as sponsorship event activations over the course of my career. Some examples include a custom B2B celebration in partnership with the Tampa Business Journal and a global health and fitness expo sponsorship activation with Publix.

I served as a brand ambassador for the Tampa Bay American Heart & Stroke Association alongside my mom for their Stroke Hero campaign. After my mom suffered a stroke, we wanted to bring awareness to the caregivers who support their loved ones impacted by stroke and heart disease.
